Family Summer Camp
Tuscany: June 23-29

At the intersection of a family summer vacation and a personal retreat, we have carefully curated an experience where you can spend quality time with your children but also spend time apart, allow yourself to let go,
release built-up stress and toxic  emotions, breathe, let someone else take care of you for once and recharge.
This inter-generational family camp welcomes families from all over the world to a weeklong retreat, in the heart of Tuscany, in an ancient borgo on the breathtaking rolling hills between San Gimignano and Volterra.
While children partake in group activities, nature discoveries, farming, sports and excursions, parents can join a yoga or meditation class, be coached on somatic work and trauma release, spend time with each other or take an authentic Italian cooking class. 
In the evening the families get together for dinner under the stars and fun group activities.
The idea is deepen the connection with oneself, each other, and make new friends while doing it.

This is a playful, heart-warming opportunity where it’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you,
by participating in as much or as little of the program as you wish.
You will also have free time where you can enjoy self body-care activities and get a healing massage, or or have a lovely stroll on the hills.
